    Armageddon baby!

    Fantastic. Eye opening. Rejuvenating. I've been working out 4 days a week for the past decade so I usually look at these types of programs from the lense of "I already know all this." 2017 I was stagnating and looking for something to kick start me and this program really inspired me to not only beef up my arms but focus on my other muscles the way Steve teaches me how to focus on my arms.

    I think the program is awesome. It gives direction for the workouts. I’m not quite seeing huge returns yet. But I am seeing increase. . I am on week 8. A lot is in part to know knowing what weight increases to use or levels to start.

    I started this program at the beginning of a serious diet. For the first time I am tracking and adjusting macros, while going through this intense workout. Without a doubt, this workout in conjunction with a proper diet is extraordinary! In the 3 months I have been doing both I am down from 295lbs to 270 lbs and from 25% to 20% body fat.

    Great full body routine...

    The #ARMageddon routine is a great oone to follow. It had Mass and various other stragedies to gain size, strength and be very lean. Definitely worth the price.

    I am on week 5 of the program and i love it! Workout are so easy and simple to follow - but hard work. On week 5 my strength definitely improved, but arms did not grow very much. You are supposed to see big results in the weeks upcoming tho (Phase 2). Cant wait!
