My Morning Supplement Regimen

Because I'm working out so much and I'm pushing my body to the limit, I need to make sure I fuel it with the right elements. Of course, with such heavy workouts I need to make sure my body has the vitamins and minerals it needs to continually perform and grow. Every morning I start with a general line up of supplements to reduce inflammation and get ready for my day. Here's my recipe for starting the day.

  • 1 oz shot of cherry juice
  • 1 oz shot of Mangosteen juice
  • Amino acid 1st thing on an empty stomach
  • Collagen 1 and 3 for joint preservation and tendons and joint strengthening
  • Arginine on an empty stomach
  • Probiotics
  • Eat breakfast - w/ fish oil, krill oil, hyal joints and vitamin D3
